Structured catalog
Products, categories, and tags to find the right model quickly across a broad lineup.

Founded in 1983 in Knowlton, in Quebec's Eastern Townships, Camlen Furniture is now led by Amy and Greg Brown, carrying forward the founders' vision. The company has grown into a full wood furnishings manufacturer and retailer, with a Lakeside Road showroom where visitors explore furniture collections, home décor, and giftware.
Camlen builds on North American solid wood, careful finishing, and pieces meant to last, from a single accent to a whole-home project. Whether the look is traditional, transitional, contemporary, cottage, or fully custom, each piece draws on local artisans and suppliers, with proudly Canadian craftsmanship and a personal approach to service.

Replace scattered follow-up with a guided path, up-to-date pricing, and accounting aligned with sales
To support a network of vendors and retailers, Camlen needed a tool that reflects the depth of its ranges: models, finishes, assemblies, and price lists. We delivered Tickets, a bilingual web platform where teams browse the catalog, configure each item step by step, group lines in a cart, and finalize a quote. Accounting integrations and client emails localized to each customer's language complete the cycle without re-entry between the configurator and QuickBooks.
Products, categories, and tags to find the right model quickly across a broad lineup.
Model, finish, and option choices with live pricing summary and discounts.
Multiple items per order, surcharges, purchase order fields, and totals based on the active price list.
Create and track quotes, transfer to QuickBooks, and link accounting clients.
Preferred language per client for confirmation, summary, and order cancellation emails.
The configurator shows the model, SKU, and finish choices as clear cards. Each selection updates the summary: base price, discounts, options, and total before adding to the cart. Sales staff see the impact of their choices immediately, which reduces errors at order time.
The cart groups multiple configured items with quantities, option breakdowns per line, and actions to edit, apply an instant rebate, or remove a product. The price list, subtotal, and additional fields such as purchase order and salesperson support order finalization.
For modular pieces, the assembly editor combines a technical layout, levels, and hardware or finish selection per component. Dimensions and notes attach to the assembly for quotes that match shop reality and client expectations.
The Tickets platform built for Camlen structures sales and configuration of custom furniture. Since launch, the organization benefits from:
Faster quoting through an integrated catalog and configurator
Fewer configuration mistakes and less re-entry between sales and accounting
A consistent experience for sales staff and client communications in the chosen language
