What Is Our Methodology for Solution Integration?
The integration of software solutions is usually preceded by a digital audit and process optimization. These are two of the services offered by ARIV. By performing a complete audit and assessment of the processes, our team has a detailed action plan that provides an accurate and precise understanding of your organization's current situation. We then carefully apply the methodology below to ensure that all business and stakeholder needs are analyzed and addressed in detail for a successful integration. Here's our step-by-step process.

Needs Assessment
An initial meeting is scheduled to clarify and document functional requirements, integrations, and customizations. This step allows us to identify key and general users, as well as anyone else involved in the change.

We delete the test data, transfer the staging environment to the final environment, and test access.

Over the next two weeks, we follow up with you and perform a post-implementation evaluation.
